Senast uppdaterad: October 3, 2026

The service is provided by Smaqa (operated by a private individual), Sweden. Contact: smaqa.app@gmail.com.

1. The Service

Smaqa helps you find restaurants by swiping, saving, creating lists, and searching together with others. The service is free and unlimited. We show ads approximately every five swipes to fund the app.

2. Account

You are responsible for your login credentials and ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You can delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, offensive, hateful, or misleading content in lists, tips, names, or group searches.
  • No automated scraping or attempts to bypass limits and security.

4. Your Content

You own what you post. You grant us the right to display it to those you share it with. You can delete your content at any time. We may remove content that violates these terms; report via Support.

5. Shared Lists and Groups

Anyone with a share link can view the content. Only share with people you trust.

6. Restaurant Information and Recommendations

Restaurant data is provided by Google and may be outdated. Suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees. Please verify opening hours and other details before visiting a restaurant. User tips never modify official business information.

7. External Links and Ads

Ads are marked “Ad”. We are not responsible for content on external websites.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, brand, and design belong to Smaqa (operated by a private individual). Maps and restaurant data belong to Google and its licensors.

9. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the service running smoothly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify the service and these terms, and will notify you of any material changes in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Swedish law applies. Consumers may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Contact: smaqa.app@gmail.com.
